Boronia Parish runs a yearlong Religious Education Program for students in Years 3 to 7, this includes preparing the children for the Sacraments of First Reconciliation, First Eucharist and Confirmation. Religious Education classes are held every Tuesday at 5pm to 6pm coinciding with the school term.
Preparation for the Sacraments takes place at the Religious Education classes held on the Tuesdays at 5pm - 6pm every week throughout the school terms. Children are expected to attend these classes regularly in addition to the preparation events including; Parents reflection evening/ commitment mass / workshops and preparation days.
The Religious Education Program gives children and families the opportunity to build in faith community among their peers and grow in friendship as they come to know Jesus. Parents and children are expected to attend the weekend masses as a part of their commitment to the religious education program.
